Want to Volunteer as a Beta Reader for a Time-Travel Sci-Fi Novel?

I’m looking for volunteers to read Extinction Redux, a science-fiction adventure about four teenagers who travel sixty-five million years into the past.

The novel explores time travel, friendship, discovery, and the possibility that dinosaurs may have a very different future than we expect.

Extinction Redux grew from a story my children and I invented around the dinner table more than fifteen years ago. Now it’s becoming a novel about teenagers facing problems that keep getting bigger—and trying to find their way home.

I’d love readers who enjoy time travel, dinosaurs, alternate histories, or young characters solving impossible problems. You’ll help me identify where the story pulls you along, where the science gets confusing, and whether the characters make you care about their journey.

Ready to step into a world where the dinosaurs survived—and built a future of their own? To volunteer, sign up on the Early Readers page or email me at rod@rodbrouhard.com with a brief note about what you enjoy reading. I’ll send you the draft, explain the feedback process, and share the expected reading timeline.

Join the first readers of Extinction Redux and help shape this time-travel adventure before it reaches the wider world. Your feedback could help make the journey home more thrilling, the science clearer, and the dinosaurs’ future unforgettable.
