Volunteer reader program
Read my books before they’re published. Find the mistakes before someone pays for them.
I’m looking for people willing to read early versions of my fiction and tell me what works, what doesn’t, and whether a character has somehow changed names halfway through chapter six. (It happens.)
There are two ways to help. You can volunteer for either one, or both. No qualifications required beyond enjoying books and being willing to tell the truth.
01 / Manuscript feedback
Beta readers
You’ll read a manuscript while there’s still time to fix things. I’m interested in what confused you, what bored you, and what kept you turning pages. You don’t need to copyedit; I’ll have plenty of opportunities to miss a comma myself.
02 / Before release
Advance review copies (ARCs)
You’ll get an advance copy of a nearly finished book. If you enjoy it, an honest review after release is greatly appreciated. Positive reviews are never required, and signing up doesn’t obligate you to review anything.
Join the early-reader list
Interested? Put your name on the list.
Choose beta reading, ARCs, or both, and tell me whether thrillers or dinosaur-and-time-travel adventures sound more like your thing. I’ll contact you when there’s a suitable opening.
Joining the early-reader list is free and doesn’t automatically enroll you in my general newsletter. Use the optional newsletter checkbox above, or sign up separately. You can also change your mind later.
In the meantime, if you’re curious what all this trouble is about, take a look around the website. Terminal Autonomy is scheduled for May 2027. My ability to leave well enough alone is not scheduled at all.
