Write down your medications, including doses and times, for the whole day. Keep it handy for paramedics or doctor visits.
Keep track of your medications for four weeks at a time. Be sure to make copies for each month and update regularly if there are any changes.
Use this grid to make a floorplan of your home or office. Show routes of escape. Be sure to include at least two exit routes.
